Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders within New Zealand that exceed $119. For orders below this threshold, shipping fees will be calculated as follows:
Delivery Method
We aim to deliver all orders directly to your front door or letterbox. If you require a signature upon delivery, please indicate this in a note during the checkout process.
Processing Times
Most of our Aroma Addiction products are made to order, ensuring the highest quality and freshness. As a result, please allow up to five (5) working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for order processing from the date of confirmation.
Delivery Timeframe
Once your order has been dispatched, it will typically be delivered on the next working day. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on courier workload and any changes to delivery schedules that are outside the control of Aroma Addiction.
Orders Placed After 12pm
If you place an order after 12pm, please allow an additional business day for processing and dispatch.
