    Our soy candle burns up to 45 hours, depending on how it’s used and cared for. Proper wick trimming and allowing a full melt pool will help you get the maximum burn time.
    How do I get the best burn from my soy candle?

    For your first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar (usually 2–3 hours). This prevents tunnelling and helps your soy candle burn evenly every time.
    How often should I trim the wick?

    Trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn. This keeps your soy candle burning cleanly and prevents smoking or large flames.
    Why is my soy candle tunnelling?

    Tunnelling usually happens if the first burn wasn’t long enough. Always let the top layer fully melt across the surface during the first use to create an even burn memory.
